Where a €30,000 kitchen quietly goes missing

An example design. The visit went well and the quote went out. Here's how the order slips away in the quiet weeks after.

  1. A great design visit.

A year in the planning. They love the shaker in sage and the island. Your designer promises the quote by Tuesday.

  2. The quote goes out as a PDF.

Eleven pages of codes and prices, attached to an email. Then it's back to a busy week, and the next design.

  3. They open it for the third time that night.

They're worried about the fitting, and which option is right. Nobody in your showroom knows they're looking.

  4. Another showroom rings them.

A friendly call, a few answers about fitting, and a small discount. They sign that afternoon.

None of it shows up in your diary. You just have a quieter month.

It wasn't really the price. Nobody knew they were still deciding, and nobody rang at the right moment.

What a quiet month is really costing

Try it with your own numbers and treat it as a rough guide. The review replaces the guesswork with what I actually find.

Orders you could be missing €12,500 a month About €150,000 a year

The same design, followed all the way through.

Same couple, same kitchen. This time the Glenbright Showroom System is running quietly behind your showroom.

  1. Instead of a PDF, they get their own Design Pack. A private page with their design, three clear options, what's included, and a "Yes, let's go" button.

    Design Pack
  2. Your designer's morning message: the Murphys looked at their kitchen three times last night, and fitting is on their mind. One call that morning answers it.

    Designer's assistant
  3. The same link becomes their project page, tracking their kitchen to handover. If a supplier is late, your designer rings them before they think to ask.

The Glenbright Showroom System, run for you

Built in 90 days and run in the background. Nothing new for your team to log into or fill in, so they can do what they do best: look after customers.

Design Pack

From design to "yes", then to handover

  • Every customer gets their own private page instead of a PDF quote
  • You know when it's opened, and which option they keep coming back to
  • After the order, the same link tracks their kitchen to handover. No apps or logins for the customer

Designer's assistant

Every design followed through, at the customer's pace

  • Your designer talks for 30 seconds after a visit, and a personal follow-up is ready in their voice
  • One message each morning: who to ring today, and why
  • They reply like a text and it updates itself. No CRM to fill in

Proof in euro

Know what's working, and why orders are lost

  • The real reasons designs don't turn into orders, from your designers' own notes
  • What ChatGPT and Google say about you, tracked every month
  • How you compare with showrooms across Ireland, from the Irish Showroom Index

Service standards, in writing

Every open design followed up on the schedule we agree, at the customer's pace, and they can say stop any time. Every enquiry answered, reviews and referrals looked after, and a handwritten card at handover, as standard. After the first 90 days it's month to month, and you own everything: your accounts, your pages and your data.

And every Friday, the Scoreboard

One page in euro: designs out, opened, followed up, won, and why any were lost. Plus a strategy review with me every quarter.

Start with a free Growth Systems Review

It starts with your Showroom Score: how you're found and chosen online, out of 100. Then 20 minutes on Zoom, where we look at what happens after a homeowner gets in touch, and what it's worth to you. You keep your one-page Growth Plan either way.

  • Are you found? What ChatGPT, Google and your Google profile say about you, with screenshots.
  • What happens after the quote? How designs are sent and followed up, and what's sitting in the quiet weeks.
  • Are you chosen? Your reviews, and how you compare with the three nearest showrooms.

Your Growth Plan shows the three changes worth the most, in euro. If nothing's worth changing, I'll tell you.

You deal with me, directly

Technology works behind the scenes. Your people remain at the centre.

Before Glenbright, I spent five years with Raytheon on the AIB account, running training programmes across 50+ branches and helping staff look after customers better. The job was always the same: find where work gets stuck between people, phones and systems, then fix the process so nothing falls through.

A showroom enquiry is the same problem on a different floor. I only work with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom showrooms, and I'm the person who does your review, builds your system and sends your Scoreboard.

  • People first. Nothing I build replaces the person at your front desk. It takes the admin off their plate.
  • The best tool for the job. The newest technology where it earns its place, kept simple enough for a busy Saturday.
  • Your return is the measure. Judged in euro every Friday. If it isn't paying for itself, you'll know, and you can stop.

Questions showroom owners ask

Is this right for my showroom?

It's built for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom showrooms with an average job of €10,000 or more, that already get enquiries from Google, referrals and walk-ins. It isn't a fit if you mostly sell budget units online, if you're fully booked for the year, or if you only want someone to run ads.

Is this AI replacing my staff?

No. The system handles the admin: follow-up drafts, reminders, updates and review requests. Your people stay at the front and make the calls, with more time for customers. Nobody gets a robot instead of a person.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. Sometimes a few fixes to your current site and Google profile do most of the work. The review tells you which. If you do need a new website, you'll see your new homepage before you pay anything.

How much does it cost?

The review is free. After that you get a fixed price in writing, on the call, before anything starts. The first 90 days prove it works. After that it's month to month.

What if I want to stop?

After the first 90 days, give a month's notice. You keep everything: your accounts, your pages, your data and your reviews.

What does “AI search” mean for a showroom?

More people now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI who's good near them, instead of scrolling through links. Those tools build their answers from what they can read about you online. My job is making sure what they find is accurate, consistent and worth recommending. Nobody can guarantee what an AI tool says, so I test the same questions every quarter and show you the answers.

How fast will I see results?

The Design Pack and the morning messages work from the first week. Follow-ups show in signed orders over the next one to three months, because that's how long most customers take to decide. The Friday Scoreboard shows you what's changed.

The review is for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom showrooms with an average job of €10,000 or more.

  1. Pick a time. You'll get a confirmation with the Zoom link.
  2. I do the checks beforehand. Your Showroom Score: AI search, Google and your reviews. So the call is about what happens after the quote.
  3. You see what I found. What it could be worth, and the three things to change first. Then it's your call.
