Who I am
This website is run by Glenbright [TODO: your legal name or company name, and CRO number if it's a company], based in South Dublin, Ireland. I'm responsible for any personal details you give me through it.
Contact: hello@glenbright.ie or 083 340 8462.
What I collect
If you fill in the call-back form, I collect:
- your name
- your business name and town
- your phone number
- the range your average kitchen falls into, and roughly how many enquiries you get in a month
If you book a review through my booking calendar, the calendar collects the details you enter there.
If you agree to a test enquiry as part of the review, I record how your business responded to it (for example, how long a reply took). I share those findings only with you.
The money-maths calculator on the home page works entirely in your browser. The figures you type into it aren't sent anywhere unless you also submit the form.
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your free Growth Systems Review, and, if you become a client, to provide the service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
I won't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
- GoHighLevel: my customer management and booking system, which stores form submissions and bookings. [TODO: confirm where GoHighLevel stores data and the safeguards for transfers outside the EU, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.]
- Zoom: runs the video call for your review. [TODO: confirm whether you record calls. If you do, say so here and ask at the start of the call.]
- Netlify: hosts this website and may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security. [TODO: confirm Netlify's data processing terms and safeguards for transfers outside the EU.]
How long I keep it
[TODO: for example, "Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for tax purposes."]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, object to how I use them, or ask me to stop. Just email hello@glenbright.ie.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
